Psalm 115<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Non nobis, Domine<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

1 Not to us, O LORD, not to us, but to your\u00a0Name\u00a0give glo<\/span>-ry; *<\/span>
\n because of your love and because of<\/span> your\u00a0faith-fulness.<\/span><\/p>\n

2 Why should the\u00a0heathen say<\/span>, *<\/span>
\n “Where then is<\/span> their\u00a0God?”<\/span><\/p>\n

3 Our God\u00a0is\u00a0in hea<\/span>-ven; *<\/span>
\n whatever she wills to do<\/span>\u00a0she\u00a0does.<\/span><\/p>\n

4 Their idols are\u00a0silver\u00a0and gold<\/span>, *<\/span>
\n the work of hu<\/span>-man\u00a0hands.<\/span><\/p>\n

5 They have mouths, but they\u00a0cannot speak<\/span>; *<\/span>
\n eyes have they, but they can<\/span>-not\u00a0see;<\/span><\/p>\n

6 They have ears but they\u00a0cannot hear<\/span>; *<\/span>
\n noses, but they can<\/span>-not\u00a0smell;<\/span><\/p>\n

7 They have hands, but they cannot feel;<\/span>\u00a0feet, but they\u00a0cannot walk<\/span>; *<\/span>
\n they make no sound with<\/span> their\u00a0throat.<\/span><\/p>\n

8 Those who make\u00a0them\u00a0are like<\/span> them, *<\/span>
\n and so are all who put their\u00a0trust<\/span>\u00a0in them.<\/span><\/p>\n

9 O Israel, trust\u00a0in\u00a0the LORD<\/span>; *<\/span>
\nshe is their help and<\/span> their\u00a0shield.<\/span><\/p>\n

10 O house of Aaron, trust\u00a0in\u00a0the LORD<\/span>; *<\/span>
\nshe is their help and<\/span> their\u00a0shield.<\/span><\/p>\n

11 You who fear the LORD, trust\u00a0in\u00a0the LORD<\/span>; *<\/span>
\nshe is their help and<\/span> their\u00a0shield.<\/span><\/p>\n

12 The LORD has been mindful of us, and she\u00a0will bless<\/span> us; *<\/span>
\nshe will bless the house of Israel;<\/span>\u00a0she will bless the house<\/span> of\u00a0Aa-ron;<\/span><\/p>\n

13 She will bless those who\u00a0fear\u00a0the LORD<\/span>, *<\/span>
\n both small and great<\/span> to-ge-ther.<\/span><\/p>\n

14 May the LORD increase you\u00a0more\u00a0and more<\/span>, *<\/span>
\n you and your child<\/span>-ren\u00a0af-ter\u00a0you<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

15 May you be blessed\u00a0by\u00a0the LORD<\/span>, *<\/span>
\n the maker of heaven<\/span> and\u00a0earth.<\/span><\/p>\n

16 The heaven of heavens\u00a0is\u00a0the LORD’S<\/span>, *<\/span>
\n but she entrusted the earth to<\/span> its\u00a0peo-ples.<\/span><\/p>\n

17 The dead do not\u00a0praise\u00a0the LORD<\/span>, *<\/span>
\n nor all those who go down in<\/span>-to\u00a0si-lence;<\/span><\/p>\n

18 But we will\u00a0bless\u00a0the LORD<\/span>, *<\/span>
\n from this time forth for evermore. Hal<\/span>-le-lu-jah!<\/span><\/p>\n

Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the\u00a0Holy Spir<\/span>-it: *<\/span>
