Psalm 92\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Bonum est confiteri<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

1 It is a good thing to give thanks to<\/span> the LORD, *<\/span>
\n and to sing praises to your Name, O<\/span> Most High;<\/span><\/p>\n

2 To tell of your lovingkindness early in<\/span> the morn-ing *<\/span>
\n and of your faithfulness in the<\/span> night sea-son;<\/span><\/p>\n

3 On the psaltery, and on<\/span> the lyre, *<\/span>
\n and to the melody of<\/span> the harp.<\/span><\/p>\n

4 For you have made me glad by your acts<\/span>, O LORD; *<\/span>
\n and I shout for joy because of the works of<\/span> your hands.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Chant<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

5 LORD, how great are<\/span> your works! *<\/span>
\n your thoughts are ve<\/span>-ry deep.<\/span><\/p>\n

6 The dullard does not know, nor does the fool un<\/span>-der-stand, *<\/span>
\n that though the wicked grow like weeds,<\/span>\u00a0and all the workers of ini-qui<\/span>-ty flou-rish,<\/span><\/p>\n

7 They flourish only to be des-troyed<\/span> for ev-er; *<\/span>
\n but you, O LORD, are exalted for ev<\/span>-er-more.<\/span><\/p>\n

8 For lo, your enemies, O LORD,<\/span>\u00a0lo, your ene-mies<\/span> shall per-ish, *<\/span>
\n and all the workers of iniquity shall<\/span> be scat-tered.<\/span><\/p>\n

9 But my horn you have exalted like the horns of<\/span> wild\u00a0bulls; *<\/span>
\n I am anointed with<\/span> fresh oil.<\/span><\/p>\n

10 My eyes also gloat over my e<\/span>-ne-mies, *<\/span>
\n and my ears rejoice to hear the doom of the wicked who rise up<\/span> a-gainst me.<\/span><\/p>\n

11 The righteous shall flourish like<\/span> a palm tree, *<\/span>
\n and shall spread abroad like a ce-dar<\/span> of Le-banon.<\/span><\/p>\n

12 Those who are planted in the house of<\/span> the\u00a0LORD *<\/span>
\n shall flourish in the courts of<\/span> our God;<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Chant<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

13 They shall still bear fruit in<\/span> old age; *<\/span>
\n they shall be green<\/span> and suc-culent;<\/span><\/p>\n

14 That they may show how up-right<\/span> the LORD is, *<\/span>
\n my Rock, in whom there is<\/span> no fault.<\/span><\/p>\n

Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Ho-ly<\/span> Spir-it: *<\/span>
