Psalm 147<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Laudate Domi<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

1 Hallelujah! How good it is to sing praises to<\/span> our God! *<\/span>
\n how pleasant it is to honor her<\/span>\u00a0with praise!<\/span><\/p>\n

2 The LORD re-builds<\/span> Je-ru-salem; *<\/span>
\nshe gathers the ex-iles<\/span> of Is-rael.<\/span><\/p>\n

3 She heals the bro<\/span>-ken-heart-ed *<\/span>
\n and binds up<\/span> their wounds.<\/span><\/p>\n

4 She counts the number\u00a0of<\/span> the\u00a0stars *<\/span>
\n and calls them all by<\/span> their names.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Chant<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

5 Great is our LORD and migh-ty<\/span> in pow-er; *<\/span>
\n there is no limit to<\/span> her wis-dom.<\/span><\/p>\n

6 The LORD lifts up<\/span> the low-ly, *<\/span>
\n but casts the wicked to<\/span> the ground.<\/span><\/p>\n

7 Sing to the LORD with<\/span> thanks-giv-ing; *<\/span>
\n make music to our God up-on<\/span> the harp.<\/span><\/p>\n

8 She covers the hea-vens<\/span> with clouds *<\/span>
\n and prepares rain for<\/span> the earth;<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Chant<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

9 She makes grass to grow up-on<\/span> the moun-tains *<\/span>
\n and green plants to<\/span> serve<\/span> hum-ankind.<\/span><\/p>\n

10 She provides food for flocks<\/span> and herds *<\/span>
\n and for the young ravens when<\/span> they cry.<\/span><\/p>\n

11 She is not impressed by the might of<\/span> a horse; *<\/span>
\nshe has no pleasure in the strength of<\/span> a woman;<\/span><\/p>\n

12 But the LORD has pleasure in those<\/span> who\u00a0fear her, *<\/span>
\n in those who await her\u00a0gra<\/span>-cious fa-vor.<\/span><\/p>\n

13 Worship the LORD, O<\/span> Je-ru-salem; *<\/span>
\n praise your God<\/span>, O Zi-on;<\/span><\/p>\n

14 For she has strengthened the bars of<\/span> your gates; *<\/span>
\nshe has blessed your chil-dren<\/span>\u00a0with-in you.<\/span><\/p>\n

15\u00a0She has established peace on<\/span> your bor-ders; *<\/span>
\nshe satisfies you with the fin<\/span>-est wheat.<\/span><\/p>\n

16 She sends out her command to<\/span> the earth, *<\/span>
\n and her word runs ve<\/span>-ry swift-ly.<\/span><\/p>\n

17 She gives snow<\/span> like wool; *<\/span>
\nshe scatters hoar-frost<\/span> like ash-es.<\/span><\/p>\n

18 She scatters her\u00a0hail<\/span> like\u00a0bread crumbs; *<\/span>
\n who can stand a-gainst<\/span> her cold?<\/span><\/p>\n

19 She sends forth her\u00a0word<\/span> and\u00a0melts them; *<\/span>
\nshe blows with her wind, and the wa<\/span>-ters flow.<\/span><\/p>\n

20 She declares her\u00a0word<\/span> to Ja-cob, *<\/span>
\n her statutes and her judg-ments<\/span> to Is-rael.<\/span><\/p>\n

21 She has not done so to any o<\/span>-ther na-tion; *<\/span>
\n to them she has not revealed her judgments. Hal<\/span>-le-lu-jah!<\/span><\/p>\n

Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Ho<\/span>-ly Spi-rit: *<\/span>
