Psalm 28<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ad te, Domine<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

1 O LORD, I call to you;<\/span>\u00a0my Rock, do not be deaf to<\/span> my cry; *<\/span>
\n lest, if you do not hear me,<\/span>\u00a0I become like those who go down to<\/span> the Pit.<\/span><\/p>\n

2 Hear the voice of my prayer when I cry out<\/span> to you, *<\/span>
\n when I lift up my hands to your ho-ly<\/span> of ho-lies.<\/span><\/p>\n

3 Do not snatch me away with the wicked or with the ev<\/span>-il-do-ers, *<\/span>
\n who speak peaceably with their neighbors,<\/span>\u00a0while strife is in<\/span> their hearts.<\/span><\/p>\n

4 Repay them according to<\/span> their deeds, *<\/span>
\n and according to the wickedness of<\/span> their ac-tions.<\/span><\/p>\n

5 According to the work of their hands<\/span> re-pay them, *<\/span>
\n and give them their<\/span> just de-serts.<\/span><\/p>\n

6 They have no understanding of the LORD’S doings,<\/span>\u00a0nor of the works of<\/span> his hands; *<\/span>
\n therefore he will break them down<\/span>\u00a0and not build<\/span> them up.<\/span><\/p>\n

7 Blessed is<\/span> the LORD! *<\/span>
\n for he has heard the voice of<\/span> my prayer.<\/span><\/p>\n

8 The LORD is my strength and<\/span> my shield; *<\/span>
\n my heart trusts in him,<\/span>\u00a0and I have<\/span> been helped;<\/span><\/p>\n

9 Therefore my heart dan-ces<\/span> for joy, *<\/span>
\n and in my song will<\/span> I praise him.<\/span><\/p>\n

10 The LORD is the strength of<\/span> her peo-ple, *<\/span>
\n a safe refuge for her<\/span>\u00a0a-noin-ted.<\/span><\/p>\n

11 Save your people and bless your<\/span> in-her-itance; *<\/span>
\n shepherd them and carry them<\/span> for ev-er.<\/span><\/p>\n

Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Ho<\/span>-ly Spir-it: *<\/span>
\nas it was in the beginning, is now, and will be for ev<\/span>-er. A-men.<\/span><\/p>\n
