Psalm 84<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Quam dilecta!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

1 How dear to me is your dwelling,<\/span>\u00a0O<\/span> LORD of hosts<\/span>! *<\/span>
\n My soul has a desire and longing for the courts of the LORD;<\/span>\u00a0my heart and my flesh rejoice in the liv<\/span>-ing God.<\/span><\/p>\n

2 The sparrow has found her a house<\/span>\u00a0and the swallow a nest where she may lay her<\/span> young; *<\/span>
\n by the side of your altars,<\/span>\u00a0O LORD of hosts, my King and<\/span> my God.<\/span><\/p>\n

3 Happy are they who dwell in your<\/span> house! *<\/span>
\n they will always be prais<\/span>-ing you.<\/span><\/p>\n

4 Happy are the people whose strength is in<\/span> you! *<\/span>
\n whose hearts are set on the pil<\/span>-grims’ way.<\/span><\/p>\n

5 Those who go through the desolate valley<\/span>\u00a0will find it a place of<\/span> springs, *<\/span>
\n for the early rains have covered it with pools<\/span> of wa-ter.<\/span><\/p>\n

6 They will climb from height to<\/span> height, *<\/span>
\n and the God of gods will reveal her-self<\/span> in Zi-on.<\/span><\/p>\n

7 LORD God of hosts, hear my<\/span> prayer; *<\/span>
\n hearken, O God<\/span> of Ja-cob.<\/span><\/p>\n

8 Behold our defender, O<\/span> God; *<\/span>
\n and look upon the face of your<\/span> A-noin-ted.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Chant<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

9 For one day in your courts is better<\/span>\u00a0than a thousand in my own<\/u><\/span> room, *<\/span>
\n and to stand at the threshold of the house of my God<\/span>\u00a0than to dwell in the tents of<\/span> the wic-ked.<\/span><\/p>\n

10 For the LORD God is both sun and<\/span> shield; *<\/span>
\n she will give grace<\/span> and glo-ry;<\/span><\/p>\n

11 No good thing will the LORD with<\/span>-hold *<\/span>
\n from those who walk with<\/span> in-te-grity.<\/span><\/p>\n

12 O LORD of<\/span> hosts, *<\/span>
\n happy are they who put their trust<\/span> in you!<\/span><\/p>\n
